Laser Skin Resurfacing An Overview

Laser Skin Resurfacing An Overview

Laser skin resurfacing is a method used during a laser surgery in which molecular bonds are dissolved by laser. This method effectively treats wrinkles, sun damaged skin, scars, solar lent genes, spider veins and stretch marks. As per the recent technological advancements, laser skin resurfacing, when combined with facial fillers, can help in customizing a unique facial rejuvenation procedure.  Laser skin resurfacing is relatively new treatment procedure that involves directing short and intense pulsating light beams on a portion of the skin that shows irregularities.

This process helps in removing skin accurately, layer by layer. This leads to lesser problems of skin lightening. The other names for these procedures are laser peel, laser vaporization and lasabrasion. This method stimulates controlled wounds on skin, influencing it to cure itself by forming new cells. In short, the process overturns the results of photo aging to a significant extent by getting rid of wrinkles.

Laser Skin Resurfacing An Overview
People, who have wrinkles or fine lines around their forehead, mouth, eyes, or marks after treating acne, are suitable candidates for laser skin resurfacing. However, people, who have very dark skin complexion or active acnes, must not opt for this procedure.  Coming to the mechanism of laser skin resurfacing, the skin condition determines as to which type of laser treatment options is suitable. The two most commonly preferred laser skin options that are carbon dioxide and erbium. Both the types of laser treatments can vaporize superficial skin cells and decrease the risk for a person by reducing the amount of heat that is generally absorbed by the skin. Carbon dioxide laser resurfacing is generally used to treat conditions like scars, warts, wrinkles, birthmarks and other dermatological conditions.

The latest version of CO2 skin resurfacing utilizes very short light energy to remove thin layers of skin with minimum harm to the adjacent structures. Erbium laser skin resurfacing method helps in removing moderately grave face lines and wrinkles on hand, face, neck or chest. This option has a benefit of minimal damage of adjacent tissues. The laser that is used in this method causes minimum side effects and so offers a rapid recovery rate. People who have a darker complexion should opt for this method. It is absolutely necessary to consult with a dermatologist before embarking on laser skin resurfacing process. After all, you must be sure of your skin conditions and the capability of your skin to undertake such an intense treatment. Also, you must make sure that your dermatologist is well versed in the field of laser skin resurfacing.

Is Laser Skin Resurfacing Right for Me

Laser resurfacing, also known as lasabrasion, laser peel or laser vaporization, is a fairly recently developed treatment that reduces facial wrinkles and corrects skin irregularities like blemishes or acne scars. Short, concentrated pulsating light beams remove and resurface skin layer by layer, for a precise finish and a smoother, tighter appearance.

There are two types of lasers most commonly used, known as carbon dioxide (CO2) laser resurfacing and erbium laser resurfacing. In both types of treatments, the laser acts as a vaporizer on superficial, damaged skin cells, reducing patient risk by limiting how much heat is absorbed by the skin.CO2 Laser Resurfacing Today’s CO2 laser resurfacing uses a scanning pattern of 'ultra pulsed' energy (very short pulsed light energy) or continuous light beams to treat wrinkles, scars, warts, birthmarks, enlarged oil glands, skin cancer and other skin conditions. The CO2 laser precisely removes thin layers of skin with the added benefit of minimal heat damage to the surrounding structures. Recovery can take up to two weeks. Erbium Laser Resurfacing Erbium laser resurfacing removes superficial and fairly deep lines and wrinkles on the face hands, neck, or chest with minimal burning of surrounding tissue. Swelling, bruising and redness is greatly minimized with erbium resurfacing, and recovery time is more rapid than with CO2 laser resurfacing only about one week.

Am I a Good Candidate For Laser Resurfacing?

Have you noticed fine lines or wrinkles around your eyes, mouth or forehead? Do you have scars from previous acne? Experiencing non-responsive skin after a face lift procedure? Then it is likely you are a good candidate for laser skin resurfacing. However, the only way to know for sure whether laser skin resurfacing is for you and which procedure suits your needs best is to schedule a consultation with your cosmetic surgeon who can determine this after fully evaluating your medical history, physical condition, and desired outcome. Both types of laser resurfacing are outpatient procedures using local anesthesia together with oral or intravenous sedatives. Depending on your surgeon's evaluation, wrinkles around your eyes, mouth or forehead might be treated individually, or a full-face resurfacing may be done, which could take up to 2 ½ hours.

Are There Possible Complications From Laser Resurfacing?

Small white bumps, increased or decreased pigmentation, cold sores, bacterial infections, swelling, and scarring are all potential side effects. Smokers do not heal as well as non-smokers. For optimum results, stop smoking before your surgery takes place. After laser resurfacing, you may feel as though you have sunburn. Your skin may swell and become red, or feel itchy and stinging for up to 72 hours. After about 7 days, you skin will begin to peel and will feel very dry. These are all good signs that healing is taking place as expected. After your skin peels, new, fresh skin will form. It will be pink at first, but will gradually grow lighter. You’ll have to be diligent about applying a "broad-spectrum" sunscreen daily to protect your new skin, and you'll be instructed to apply moisturizer liberally too.

What Are the Alternatives to Laser Resurfacing?

Dermabrasion is a procedure in which the skin is frozen and a specialized instrument "sands" the skin, improving skin contour and promoting a smoother appearance. Performed by a dermatologic or board certified cosmetic surgeon, the skin being treated is thoroughly cleansed with antiseptics and a special spray freezes the skin. A high-speed rotary instrument with an abrasive wheel or brush removes the skin's outer layers, improving irregularities in the skin's surface.

After the procedure, your skin will feel severely "brush-burned". Prescribed and over the counter medications will reduce the pain for the first few days, and healing takes up to ten days. Newly formed pink skin gradually develops a normal color over eight weeks. Most people resume normal activities in one to two weeks, using sunscreen regularly and being careful to avoid unnecessary sunlight for up to six months following the procedure.

Chemical Peels Chemical peel improves and smoothes the facial skin texture by removing the damaged outer layers using one of three specific chemical solutions. Those with facial blemishes, wrinkles and uneven skin pigmentation benefit most from chemical peel. Chemical peel may also prove beneficial in removing pre-cancerous skin growths, softening acne scars and controlling acne breakouts.

Alpha hydroxyl acids (AHAs) produce light peels for smoother, brighter-looking skin. AHA peels treat fine wrinkling, areas of dryness, uneven pigmentation and acne.

Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) produces medium-depth peeling to treat fine surface wrinkles, superficial blemishes and pigment problems. Less dramatic and not as long-lasting as a phenol peel, but with a shorter recovery time, one TCA peel may achieve the desired result. Phenol produces a deep peel to treat coarse facial wrinkles, areas of blotchy or damaged skin caused by sun exposure, or pre-cancerous growths. Skin pigmentation may determine whether a phenol peel is for you. Generally speaking, phenol is for use on the face only.

If you decide to proceed with laser skin resurfacing, the importance of seeking the advice of a board certified cosmetic surgeon like Dr. Howard Rosenberg cannot be emphasized enough. Located in Mountain View, CA, Dr. Rosenberg is a highly respected, fully trained and licensed board certified cosmetic surgeon who has performed hundreds of laser skin resurfacing procedures. Dr. Rosenberg will be happy to share his before and after photos with you and answer as many questions as you have about this or any other procedure, because his goal is to make sure you are completely informed about the procedure and comfortable with his skill and expertise.

Top Acne Skin Care Tips For A Healthier More Youthful Looking Skin

Top Acne Skin Care Tips For A Healthier More Youthful Looking Skin
by Rayan Anderson

When dealing with acne skin care most of the checkup professionals commonly suggest that people affected with acne must practice certain acne methods that will help improve the condition of their skin.

Acne as you may already know is a very severe surface disorder that affects thousands of people from all over the world. It not only affects the surface of the animation but also the inner layers of the animation. Acne usually occurs on the human face neck chest and back and it starts during the adolescence period.

During the past several years a good number of acne experts and skin attention professionals have conducted many studies on how to prevent the formation of acne. And fortunately these skins care specialists have come out with certain skin disease skin care tips that can be of great help for fighting skin disease. I have selected the three simpler yet most powerful skin disease skin care tips that you can follow in order to have a healthier skin. These are mentioned below:

Acne surface Care Tip # 1: You Should Always Clean Your surface Very Gently

First of all personal hygiene is very necessary for fighting acne. So as what most experts usually suggest you should gently clean your skin with a meek cleanser at least twice a day. This simple skin disease skin care step is deemed important for fighting skin disease since washing your face or the other affected areas will wipe away the skin disease-causing bacteria found on the skin. Also note that although you are sometimes told to scrub your appearance scrubbing is not a good acne skin care move since it will just trigger the development of acne worsening the condition. In increase to this acne skin care step it is worth noting that astringents are not always suggested unless the skin is very oily. And they must only be applied on the coated spots.

Acne Skin Care Tip # 2: You Should Refrain from Frequently Holding Your Skin

Another helpful acne surface care tip is to avoid frequently handling of the surface. Don't pinch pick or squeeze your pimple since it will only worsen the precondition. Many of the people have considered this acne skin care measure as one of the most important acne skin care pointers knowing that it may only cause infection and scars formation. As this acne animation care tip holds you should avoid rubbing and touching your animation lesions if possible.

Acne Skin Care Tip # 3: Always Choose Cosmetics Carefully

This last acne skin care tip holds that people who are being treated for acne must change some of the cosmetics they use. musical note that in order to avoid the onset or the development of acne the cosmetics you plan on using like the foundation blush moisturizers and eye shadow should be oil free. Aside from that this acne surface care tip also holds that you must avoid oily hair products for they may cause closed comedones. hence those products that are labeled as noncomedogenic should be applied.

It is a fact that many of us are very conscious of our skin precondition. And as such we are always deficient to have a fresh good-looking skin as much as possible. Unfortunately many of us also fail to follow to the conclusion that simple steps are the best ways to accomplish this goal. We often are blind enough that we don't see what's really right Oregon wrong fOregon our skin. We often fall in then much frustration and desperation that make us go buy any high-priced beauty products that in the end just turn out to be a waste of time and money and even worsen our acne. If you are like me you, you probably have had many skin care tips over the years. Unfortunately, most of them are similar, like protect your skin, eat properly, drink plenty of water, stay healthy etc!

The above general tips are valid and will help if you're willing to do them. However, the following 3 skin care tips are more specific in how they can help you achieve a healthier more youthful looking skin.

Skin Care Tips # 1. Moisturize your skin

Probably the biggest skin issue people complain about today is dry skin.

Most women will moisturize daily or at least a few times a week. Most men on the other hand, probably don't use a moisturizer at all and suffer with their dry skin unnecessarily.

Use good quality natural emollients, anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals daily to moisturize, hydrate and nourish your skin. Ingredients like... avocado oil, jojoba oil, grapeseed oil, macadamia oil, crodamol CP and D-Panthenol are good ones to look out for.

Skin Care Tips # 2. Re-build collagen and elastin skin cell proteins

Fine lines and wrinkles start appearing on most people around 40 years old. This depends of course on whether you looked after your skin when you were younger.

The main reasons your skin deteriorates and gets wrinkled, are natural aging, exposure to daily environmental pollutants, harsh chemicals and sun damage. This results in a gradual degradation of your collagen and elastin skin cell proteins.

Collagen, elastin and keratin are responsible for your skins underlying structure, strength, thickness, spring and elasticity. To regain these skin attributes you need natural ingredients that are capable of producing new skin cells.

Two substances that can stimulate new collagen and elastin cell re-growth are Cynergy TK"(TM)" with functional keraton"(TM)" and Coenzyme Q10 in a special nano-emulsion form.

Another substance Phytessence Wakame an extract from Japanese sea kelp helps collagen and elastin fibers retain their glue.

Skin Care Tips # 3. Commit to a daily skin care regime

It's absolutely pointless taking any notice of skin care tips if your not willing to make a commitment to doing them daily.

You can go out and buy the best most fantastic skin care creams ever made and not get any positive results if your don't use them daily and as instructed by the manufacturer.

The line of skin care products and supplements I am getting results with, and chose to use daily come from a small manufacturer in New Zealand. They have a complete range of all natural women's and men's products including active day and restorative night creams, body lotions, eye contour gel, deep cleansing and hydrating masks.

Finally, if you really want to get positive results from your next skin cream purchase. Chose the best range of active natural skin care substances you can get. Start and continue with a proper daily skin care regime.

How to Maintain Healthy Skin

How to Maintain Healthy Skin
Skin care is important, because your skin is the first thing that people see. Regardless of your inner beauty, it is important to maintain your outer beauty as well. Use the skin care tips in this article to maintain youthful, healthy skin. Because you are only as beautiful as the skin you're in.
  1. Even winter skin care regimens should include liberal use of sunscreen. Broad-spectrum products are ideal for use on the hands and face and should be applied a half an hour prior to anticipated exposure. Using sunscreen in the winter protects vulnerable skin from damage caused by bright winter sunlight and snow's reflected glare.
  2. When you exfoliate your skin, don't try to press too hard. This will only irritate your skin even more, and it is also harmful. If you are wanting an extra deep cleaning, just exfoliate your skin for longer than you are used to. This will get into your pores even more, without the harmful side effects.
  3. If your daily routine involves bathing before you leave for work or school, be sure to apply an effective sunscreen over your skin. Soaking in water can strip the skin of some of its natural oils, which are ordinarily used to provide some degree of protection for the skin from the sun.
  4. Try to find products that have sun protection mixed in. Doctors recommend that people wear sunscreen every day regardless of how sunny it is outside. By choosing products with sunscreen already in them, you are able to protect against skin cancer as well as prevent acne. Make sure to continue applying regular sunscreen throughout the day if you plan on being outside for an extended period of time.
  5. Although you should normally pick skin care products for your skin type, you may have been buying the wrong products for so long that your skin has become denatured. So, in order to truly know what your skin type is, sometimes you have to go back to square one.
  6. Start with a simple routine, a gentle, non-drying cleanser morning and night, toner if your skin is truly oily, and a moisturizer (again, unless you have very oily skin). After a couple of weeks of this normalizing routine, you should be in a much better position to evaluate your true skin type and can buy products that meet your skin's true needs.
  7. Take good care of your skin by drinking enough water. Your body is made up mostly of water, and your skin is no exception. It needs water to repair itself and to create new skin cells. The standard recommendation is to drink 6-8 glasses of water per day, but you may find you need to drink more or less to have plump, moist skin.

No matter what skin type you have, it is important to maintain it. If you want to save yourself from expensive plastic surgery later, the best tactic is to take care of your skin right now. The advice listed in this article will help you care for your skin and maintain a glowing complexion.

Ingredients Tips: Home Remedies for Acne Scars

Home Remedies for Acne Scars
Acne scars is something disturbing our appearance, and sometimes it affects our self-confidence on performance. Many of us try various ways to remove acne scars with a variety of ways, such as by buying modern medicines or even use a laser treatment. But there are many people who do not do both those things for fear of side effects and the laser treatment. For those who fear some side effects on the use of modern medicine and also convinced of the benefits of natural ingredients for our health, especially for healing acne scars, here I'll try to give you some tips and solutions by explaining some natural ingredients that can be utilized to reduce or remove acne scars.
Acne scars can make you feel gross and lucky! So I have done some research to find some home remedies and store remedies to erasing those little (or sometimes big) boogers! Just so this post isn't the length of a short novel, I'm going to split it into 2 parts, the home remedies part and the store remedies part! Since I love home remedies, I'll start with that!!
1. Tomatoes
Tomatoes contain a lot of anti-oxidant that can repair damaged skin. Try to cut a few small slices of tomato and place on acne scars for 15 minutes.
2. Lemon

Lemon juice serves to reduce the dark color caused by acne scars, so the scars are less visible. Apply lemon juice with cotton, and for more optimal results try to use this lemon juice for 45 minutes.

3. Olive oil
Try to put olive oil on acne scars. According to some opinions, it can soften the scars and even prevent new pimples.
4. Water and fruit
Drink lots of water and try to consume lots of fruits that contain lots of vitamin C. Fruits can make a healthy body; it also could be more refreshing our appearance that our face looks fresher.
5. Rose Water and Oatmeal
This is another very effective home remedy to remove acne scars. Simply mix some rose water and oatmeal powder together to form a paste which you can apply to the acne scars on your skin. Rinse the past from your skin after about 15 minutes. Oatmeal method on a regular basis and it will clear up a lot of the acne scars that exist on your skin.
6. Apply Honey
Honey has benefits to reduce the acne scars on the face. Honey is also used in some methods for material of beauty masker. Like a face mask! Let it set for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water! This is supposed to be a great way to remove acne scars (and give your skin a beautiful glow too!)... I'm going to try this one as soon as I post this!
7. Cucumber
Cucumber is very soothing to the skin... so take the juice from crushing one up and put it on the scarred area! (Or your whole face!) Wash it off after 10 minutes with cool water!
8. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera has many health benefits, including for home remedies for acne scars. You can apply the aloe Vera juice to reduce blemishes and the scars.

9. Consistency
Most important in doing home remedies for acne scars is to implement them consistently. I believe that even modern medicine would not be able to cure acne scars if not done consistently.
I have heard about this one a lot but never tried it! Mix 1 tablespoon of sour cream (fat free for oily skin!), 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 tablespoon grind oatmeal, and a few drops of lemon juice... mix it up real good and use it like a face mask! 10 minutes and rinse! (Sounds gross but supposedly works wonders!!)

Mix sandalwood with a few drops of rosewater until you have a paste... apply it and keep it on overnight, then wash off in the morning! This too is supposed to be wonderful!
All four of these acne scar home remedies have been proven to help those suffering from these scars. Utilizing home remedies should be your first option unless your condition is severe. If so, there is a natural acne scar treatment which uses a special technique to remove acne scars permanently.
Over time scars do fade! But it's never as quick as we want them too! The best way to get rid of your acne scars is to prevent them! Take good care of your skin, and when you do get a blemish, leave it alone! Don't pick at them! I know it's tempting, but just don't touch them!

I hope this helps some of us with our acne scars! I know they are things that make us feel less beautiful than we really are... but remember: You are beautiful!!
Hopefully usefull

MicroLaserPeel VS Skin Resurfacing and Skin Rejuvenation

MicroLaserPeel - Skin Resurfacing and Skin Rejuvenation
The introduction of the skin treatment known as MicroLaserPeel has risen cosmetic skin resurfacing and skin rejuvenation to a whole new level. Easily done on an outpatient basis, with a much faster recovery time, have made it one of the most popular treatments available today. In addition, potential side effects usually known for laser skin treatments are minimal if they happen at all and it can be done on a much wider range of skin tones and colors than ever before.

How It Works

administered much simpler than most laser peel treatments, the MicroLaserPeel treatment can be done in the doctor's office quickly. It requires only the administration of a numbing cream to the treated area if the patient requests it for the purpose of comfort. To prepare for treatment, most doctors will advise their patients to forgo any hair removal treatments, the use of any medications that could interfere with the healing process, and limit sun exposure to the skin for at least two weeks prior.

During the procedure, a laser whose wavelength is reduced to only penetrate the outermost layer of skin will be used to gently peel away the first layer of skin to reduce wrinkles and fine lines, alter any discolorations, and improve the appearance of acne scars. The overall affect once the skin heals within a couple of days is a more youthful appearance, glowing with health and hardly any sign of the skin abnormalities that were treated.

After Care and Healing

As with most laser skin resurfacing, there will be peeling and the skin may appear to be a bit swollen or red. The use of a specially prepared topical ointment will reduce the redness or swelling within a day and the peeling should be complete within three to four days. It is also advised that exposure to the sun's rays be limited and if necessary, to use a good sun block agent to reduce further damage.

Limitations on Treatment

not everyone can qualify for this type of skin treatment, however. Pregnant women in particular are advised against it, at least until after they given birth, because of the use of ultraviolet rays during the procedure. It also cannot be used on skin that has had permanent makeup applied or tattoos. The presence of any active skin infection, like rosaceous or acne, will also preclude undergoing this treatment, at least until the infection clears up.

Benefits and Risks

the likelihood of infection or other risks with this treatment is very low. The customized wavelength of the laser prevents any potential damage to any layer of the skin below the surface, so even the chance of aggravated swelling is reduced and there is very little pain involved. If it is uncomfortable, request the numbing agent before continuing.

The benefits of a MicroLaserPeel treatment can be seen almost immediately. The skin regains a youthful appearance and texture that is visible within hours after treatment and the peeling ends fairly quickly, with full healing achieved within three to four days. Acne scars can be altered and diminished and even the toughest discoloration of the skin can be altered. Patients with skin tones and shades that cannot be helped by other laser treatments find that their overall appearance afterwards is much more uniform within the first day of healing. Finally, this treatment is not limited to just the face, but can be used on any part of the body that needs it.

The benefits of laser skin resurfacing comprise the elimination or discount of crow's feet or wrinkles close to the eyes, mouth and forehead wrinkles, and scars. You may also be able to get rid of warts, birthmarks, and cancer.

Another benefit of this procedure over other treatments is that the recovery duration is short, chronic just a week or two depending on the type of chemicals used. Once the face heals from the heat absorption, the rejuvenation effects can last anywhere from one to five years.

Laser resurfacing works well because it is a very spoon procedure and it causes limited heat damage to the face. There is also very limited bleeding associated with the process.

Disadvantages

There are some risks or negative aspects of the procedure though. Curative from the skin resurfacing will feel like having mild sunburn. The treated surface will most likely be quite red and look swollen for the first week or two. It may sting or itch while the first consolidate of days.

In extreme cases, patients can palpate infection, chronic redness, a permanent turn of facial surface color, or serious scarring. This process is also not recommended for those who currently have problems with acne. Each of the above described processes has its own pros and cons. Talk to your physician to conclude which of the skin rejuvenation treatments is favorable for you.

How is Pixel Laser Skin Resurfacing is as a matter of fact overwhelming

Laser Skin Resurfacing
I would like to share with you what happened to me as a result of giving this new laser skin resurfacing technology a try. My face had many, many sun damaged areas and age spots from the forehead to the neck! The fine lines and wrinkles I had were too many for me to even count anymore and I even had some scarring and varicose veins. In general, I presented with tremendously damaged uncut ability skin, tone, texture & condition. Now I figured it would take a team of plastic surgeons months to correct these conditions. Oh my word; was I ever wrong about that!

Upon visiting an experienced laser skin resurfacing technician I was thrilled to hear about a one day, three specialized treatment and course called "Laser 360"! Well, I am not going to lie and must say I did have some reservations and skepticism with regard to the unbelievable outcome. Yet, even conservatively speaking there was a write back here that I wanted to feel firsthand for many personal and long lived reasons.

Now I have positively no intention of fantastic you with exactly how this technology works because to this day I still don't fully understand it nor am I going to go into any other great detail, except to say; it is most definitely a state-of-the-art ideas that positively does perform what I was told it would. That being said, this is what positively transpired during this approximate one hour Laser 360 rehabilitation session. I supply the details because I was a microscopic nervous at first and know you might be as well.

You will be lying on your back, given goggles to wear that safe your eyes from the intense pulse infra red light or "Pill" being one of the treatments used in this laser skin revision process. You will hear the "whirring" sound of the laser and air box which is somewhat comforting and cooling... In a strange kind of' way

Now, the first rehabilitation deals with skin tightening to eliminate fine lines and wrinkles. This is done by expanding the heat within your skin to high levels (I found the hotter the good with regard to results). While it is hot it's Not at all unbearable! In fact, because the laser hand piece is in constant appeal you positively don't feel anything other than your face getting hot toward the end of each cycle. I was given three cycles during this measure of the first rehabilitation to perform the desired skin climatic characteristic based on my consultation skin type designation.

The second rehabilitation deals with eliminating the age spots, sun damage, uneven coloration(s) and tiny varicose veins just under the skin that may be determined unsightly. This is the Pill or intense pulse light measure of the treatment. Gel is continually spread on the face, neck, chest, hands or anything area of the body is being treated during the process. You are still lying on your back at this point and will for the whole rehabilitation because the process moves so speedily from one to the next you never even have time to get up, unless you want to.

Anyway, this Pill phase of the rehabilitation feels a bit like man snapping a rubber band on your skin each time the laser sends the light source to the hand piece that rides along your skin and you even hear a microscopic snapping sound. Two passes may be required in order to adequately address the area(s) being treated. Must say it's a microscopic more uncomfortable than the first rehabilitation phase in the Laser 360 process yet not at all painful in any way.

Now it's time for the Pixel Laser or third and final phase of the three treatments experienced during this Laser 360 process. This is the tone and texture miracle skin rejuvenation everybody seeks and until now it has been very difficult to attain this fast and effectively. The laser is positively made "fractional" at this point by its hand piece which creates tiny holes in the skin which promote new growth, evenly, without invasive damage. It's positively very exciting as to how it positively stimulates new collagen which yields the teenage look within about five days without downtime! For your convenience I have provided a link to a detailed video explanation about the pixel laser process at the end of this article.

Ok, positively this last part hurts a bit by the time it's complete; however, it's not any worse than putting you straight through a bad sunburn encounter for about 30 minutes... Then it just plainly goes away. The ache is added lessened and made easier to deal with when ice cold towels are used to cool the face during the process or once this phase is completed.

The name "Laser 360" plainly means you get this exact 3 phase rehabilitation cycle described above three times over the course of 60 days. That's three, approximate one hour, treatments spread out about 20 days apart from each other that results in Looking years younger, eliminating fine lines and wrinkles, enhancing color tones and finally reversing the aging process. How cool is that?! It sure was for me!

In closing I must let it be known that the first one of my friends that saw me before, during and after the treatments said without hesitation "I can't believe it! You positively do look at least 5 to 10 years younger now"! That plainly compelled me to write this narrative because I would like everybody that wants to look and feel younger to become aware of this non-surgical skin rejuvenation write back that positively works.

I found it finally rewarding, totally rejuvenating and best of all... A teenage Looking rehabilitation to my previously aged appearance had taken place just as it was described. That's positively all I have to say about that!

There are practically 60 total skin rehabilitation remedies provided by Laser Skin Resurfacing with the Harmony Xl system. Some of which are painless laser hair discharge in motion, acne scar mend and stretch mark elimination just to name a few that go right along with the laser 360 treatments.

I encourage you to educate yourself prior to taking my word for the benefits achieved from this unbelievable laser skin resurfacing technology. Oh yeah, last but not least; Use Sun Block Every Day! Especially after you have your skin restored to its beautiful smooth, even toned and natural color that's achieved by accepting the pixel laser skin resurfacing process as a clarification to your problematic and undesirable skin areas as well.

Making your Face Acne Free Treatment

Having a face with a prominent looking red bump with a big white tip can be quite disgusting. Now imagine 6 or 8 of it crumpled closely to each other or maybe more, scattered all over you face, neck and forehead. The image alone would make anyone cringe. Anyone with that skin condition would probably would just stay at home and wait until it clears up. Well you do not have to wait that long. Removing acne from your face can be easy and fast.

Being acne free requires an acne free treatment.

Taking care of your acne problem should not be hard. All you have to do is do some acne free treatment. This includes buying the latest and most effective OTC or over the counter acne removal medications like benzyl peroxide.

But more importantly, having an acne free face should be about prevention. Keeping your face clean all the time reduces the chances of having acne drastically. Exercising also helps in eliminating the toxins in your face and body by sweating them out. Drinking lots of liquids, especially clean water also helps in detoxifying the body getting rid of acne causing bacteria and toxins.

Changing your diet and your lifestyle also has a great effect in keeping yourself acne free. Eating the right foods and having enough sleep will keep your body healthy and be effective in fighting acne.

Remember, no matter how old and stale it is the cliché prevention is better than cure is true. The best offense is a great defense, so keeping acne away is the best acne free treatment. And it won't cost you a thing either.

Taking care of your skin is the best way to reduce pimples

    1. Don't pop pimples. It's tempting, but here's why you shouldn't: Popping pimples can push infected material further into the skin, leading to more swelling and redness, and even scarring.
    2. If you get acne on your body, try not to wear tight clothes, which don't allow skin to breathe and may cause irritation. You also might want to stay away from scarves, headbands, and caps, which can collect dirt and oil, too
    3. Drink plenty of water Acne
    4. Eat as healthily as possible- Try and get as much fruits and vegetables as possible in your daily meals and also stay away from fatty foods as those will contribute to slowing the healing process.
    5. Exercise regularly, make sure you get some physical activities regularly, it doesn't have to be excessive strenuous exercises.
    6. Take a multivitamin daily
I use the cleanser in the morning and at night. I remove my makeup and smooth a small amount all over my damp face with clean fingers. I prefer to use my fingers because if you use a cotton pad like the bottle suggest, the product soaks in the cotton pad and you don't get the full strength on your face. Then, I scrub the cleanser in using circular motions with my hand held face brush. Next, I rise and fallow with the Acne Free Renewing Toner.  Again, I don't use a cotton pad for this either. I pour a little at a time into my hand and apply it to my face like a guy applies an aftershave. I know it sounds weird, but it works, and you're not wasting your product. I only use the toner in the morning, because I found it a little to drying to use both am and pm. But, that's just me. If your skin is on the oily side you might want to use it morning and night.
